Dissatisfied

We ordered a coffee table on April 4,2021. We received the table on May 18,2021. We paid EXTRA to have it assembled. It was assembled at the Orlando, FL warehouse and was delivered all put together... or so we thought. The "assemblers" failed to send the shelving support clips along with the coffee table. After repeated/disgusting attempts to resolve the claim that we filed immediately, our plastic clips won't arrive form China/Vietnam until JULY 22,2021! Of course the clips can't be purchased at Lowes/Home depot because they are METRIC and don't fit the drilled holes. Constant lies and patronization from EVERY "customer care" rep have left me nauseous. Customer beware of online orders for the Ashley "homestore". Go to your local store if you are determined to order furniture from this criminal company. As you may have guessed this is the voice of experience speaking.

Furniture was damaged from the start

I have been working for almost 2 years trying to get my furniture replace or repaired. I have made over 35 call to the customer service line and received multiple claim numbers for the same items. I purchased a sofa, love seat, chair and a half and ottoman for my new home and it has been a nightmare every since. Within the first 3 months the couch and chair were showing signs of spring damage. I reported the problem as soon as possible. It took multiple calls and months before someone came out to inspect the furniture. It was then Ashley decided to put in my file that I refused to have the serviceman in my home. I had to get proof from the repair company that this was a lie. After a year Ashley decided to replace my sofa but continued to ignore the claim for my chair and a half and ottoman. I had to start all over with a claim for the chair and a half and ottoman by this time the warranty is out. After multiple calls concerning the chair and ottoman the same serviceman was sent out to inspect the chair and ottoman he inspected previously. Fast forward to today when I am told that they have been trying to contact me but got a busy tone on 3 separate occasions so they closed my case. This is ridiculous and I will never shop here again.

5 Star Customer Service

Gina has always been very professional and knows design. She takes time to listen to what you want, helping to order it while giving you the best deals. Dedicated, stays in touch and always making you feel welcome keeps me going back.

Annoyed customer

Bought couch 3 years ago. Payed for the protection plan that's supposed to be good for 5 years. It was a waste of money and time. The protection plan supervisor, stated they don't cover multiple stains my couch, which occurred from one incidence. No where in the information that was given to me states that. Tried calling the store, got me no where. Don't waste your time or money. Especially on the protection plan. Better off with a local furniture store. They do more for their customers.

Ashley Furniture review

I've never purchased anything from Ashley Furniture.... and I never will. Went by the local store this past week and after agreeing on a price we were told that the furniture would be delivered to our home. OK, sounds good. We were then given the choice of door delivery (left on the porch or in the garage) or for $100 more we can have 'white glove' delivery where the furniture will be brought inside and assembled. If there is any issue with the furniture (broken, etc) the 'white glove' people will return it and deliver another one. However, if we do not choose the 'white glove' delivery and there is an issue with the furniture, then WE would have to return the furniture to the warehouse which is over ONE HUNDRED MILES away. This is extortion plain and simple.

Do NOT buy from Ashley's. They guarantee a date of delivery but keeps being pushed back so good luck on getting your furniture. 4 months and still waiting!

Warranty and putting furniture together

Is the worst company to buy furniture from. They have a company comes and put your furniture together and they doa a bad job The breaks they don't honor there warranty. They say that kids 65 pounds broke the bench because the screen wasn't tighten or installed correctly by the company that put it together.

Warehouse quality control

Purchased 2 queen beds sets, upon delivery one foundation was damaged. The delivery man told us he was not going to unload it because it was damaged, the warehouse supervisor knew it was damaged and told him to take it anyway. Where's quality control? Here we are a week later trying to get a replacement.

First And Last Purchase Ever From Ashley Furniture

Order four bar stools online. Received them and removed one bar stool from the box and assembled.
Called Ashley Furniture two days later and requested
that they exchange the four bar stools for four taller stools in the same model, which were more expensive. I was told that if the shipment was over two days old that my purchase could not be exchanged. One box with two stools had not even been opened. The stools came in two sizes which were 24" tall and 30" tall. I am now stuck with four bar stools that are too short for my counter .

Costumer service after purchase

Experienced terrible, terrible costumer service after purchase of my sectional. Not one phone call or voicemail left to insure my husband and I on delivery details of our couch. Wouldn't be so upset if I was called when dates of delivery changed or if it was just a text. Most likely will not be returning to purchase anything else. Bought my couch from the location on 5209 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington NC. Please try to fix your costumer service attention.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

CANNOT FIND RECEIPT!
I have shopped with Ashley for the last 20 years. I do not usually buy their warranty plans and I haven't needed one. I would just buy new furniture. Now, the quality their furniture and customer service is AWFUL at Florida store on Osceola. They sold me a dining set and a GBS warranty (DO NOT USE THEM EITHER). The table has nicks everywhere and the chairs are peeling (whatever that is covering the seats). Also, the screws keep falling out of the chairs. But Ashley or GBS is taking responsibility. UNBELIEVABLE! The set is only 18 months old. But it has been this way for a couple months. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

We have been a customer for many years even though their service sucked

Customer service sucked in the past but now they've completely gone down the toilet. We're supposed to deliver 1/15/21 and now 6 weeks later they cant even tell us when we'll get it. The phone numbers they give us dint work 1/2 the time & when you do get someone they can't help you in any way. We will never buy from them again.

It's a business and a scam. Zero customer service. Once they've used your credit card, it takes hours on the phone to arrange return and credit.
